Jewish Minstry Impacts NEW YORK AND SEATTLE - from sea to shining sea!

Seattle Fremont Fair June 2015: David and Peggy, who lead our Seattle outreach, plus Abe, Jay and Richard, from our New York City Messianic Jewish congregation, Messiah’s Lighthouse, served in Seattle in our 2nd Jewish outreach for the year. Over 50,000 people came to the fair over two days during which we spent 23+ hours talking to people, and handing out literature declaring Jesus the Jewish Messiah. Many people stopped at our booth. 26 new contacts (people who gave us their addresses wanting more information): Jews, Gentiles, believers, unbelievers; and people with Jewish friends who want help in witnessing to them. One Gentile man, Anton, prayed to receive Jesus! Hallelujah! Bryan - a Gentile believer with a heart for Jewish people - is from New Jersey. He was in Seattle on business, decided to come to the fair, saw our booth and asked for help in reaching Jewish people. He especially wants to reach that work on Wall St - where he works. We are planning to meet with him in NYC July 10. Abe will offer training in Jewish evangelism, resources and assistance. Amazing: he is from New Jersey; works in New York City; travels to Seattle; finds us at the fair; and wants help in reaching Jewish people with the Gospel! Abe is from Philadelphia; works in New York City and is a missionary to Jewish people. God arranges these things. Praise the Lord!
New York City Witnessing Campaign, August 13-21: Would YOU like to come on campaign? Contact us and we will send out an application. Want to SEE more about campaign with our video? Contact us and we will provide a link for you. Abe will go to NYC on August 12 to set up for training and the street ministry and then will train the team for three days, August 13-15. The team will be on the streets three times a day for three hours at a time, including travel time, August 17-21. The next few weeks Abe will follow up all of the contacts with letters, literature and phone calls. Please pray for many to respond. Street Team: Praise the Lord! We have an international team of 13 people committed [so far] to be on our campaign team. Please pray for them as they prepare to come to New York City. Peter, Iris, Kit Fong, Grace, Janice, David, Peggy, Carol, Denise, Rich, Ann, Martha, Roger. Pray for good weather: not too hot and no rain when on the streets. Pray for health, strength, people to take our tracts (goal is 25,000) and talk to us, decisions for Jesus, Jewish contacts to follow up, for the Lord to bind the enemy. Pray too for all of our preparation for campaign, and training sessions, and wisdom as Abe leads the campaign.

Prayer Warrior Team: We are looking for people willing to be contacted on a daily basis by email during the dates of our campaign for up-to-the-minute prayer requests and praises. We read your responses to the team, and they are such an encouragement when the going gets tough. Send an email with “I WILL PRAY FOR CAMPAIGN” in the header.
Messiah’s Lighthouse Congregation, NYC: We continue to pray and look for a meeting site for our congregation. Currently we are meeting in a small office space and have had to curtail some of our ministry for the time being. Also some of our people cannot come because of distance. Thank you for standing with us and for your support as we continue to bring the Gospel to the 2,000,000+ Jewish people in New York City.
Please pray for local contacts: Ruth, an unsaved Jewish woman, has investigated a number of religions, searching for truth and meaning in life. She comes to a coffee house each month at a local Alliance church. We’d like to have a meeting with her to discuss Yeshua. Amy, an unsaved Jewish woman, is a neighbor to Lori. Please pray for openings as Lori longs to share the Messiah with her.
