We received word today that an Alliance pastor in Burkina Faso was killed by terrorists that entered the village where he serves. We don't have many details, but this is the first Alliance pastor that we know of, to give his life for the Gospel. Most often the bad guys warn villagers to leave, but this time it seems they stormed in to the church, killing several. The pastor graduated from our Bible school about five years ago. Pray for his wife, his children, and for the larger church family as we grieve this loss.
