This past week we were in a village meeting with widows. One woman, through tears, said that her grandson was very sick. I felt prompted to ask her afterwards about the child and soon the little boy and his mom were at the church. It was clear that he had hydrocephalus. A few questions to get a clearer idea of the situation and then, remembering colleagues that have been known to help children with medical issues, this little guy is on his way to get the surgery he needs.
So often, I am just a channel and honestly it is not even me. I am just there and it is all the Lord Jesus. Ephesians 2.10 reads, “He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
Pray that this little boy will be able to undergo the medical procedure in a timely way and experience complete healing in the name of Jesus.
