We just ended our annual gathering of International Workers serving in Burkina Faso. We are just 26 adults for a country that still has many unreached areas where the Gospel has never been heard. We have different gifts. Some are in full time medical work, others are getting the Gospel out through Christian Schools. Marketplace Ministries, Envision, and CAMA zending, work along with International Ministries missionaries. Some have been in Burkina over thirty years and others have just arrived. Our schooling choices for our children are all different. We have empty nesters and more than full nesters. Some live in huge cities with every convenience and others live where an ice cube is reason to celebrate. We have learned different languages and are focusing on different people groups. But there is the call that unites us. The urgent Call to bring the Good News to that very last village, that very last people group; to work together until all have heard at least once that name by which they can be saved. Pray for us, that we would be living the call together. Because we are so different and have different focus ministries, the temptation is to live the call alone. Pray that we would be one, that we would be known by our love for one another, and that together we would win this country for the Kingdom of Christ.
