God is against the works of the flesh, you see the flesh doesn't care to know about what is right and what is wrong. what is knows is me myself and i .feed me ,pamper me.it doesn't care about things of God.Jesus said the 'spirit is willing the flesh is weak' to do the will of GOd you must subdue ,overcome and defeat the flesh.one way is prayer,reading and mediating on is word.associating with other believers.
