We serve as missionaries with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. In keeping with the C&MA DNA we make sure to take advantage of the many opportunities to pray for the sick. We have a weekly ministry at the local hospital, going from room to room to pray over those suffering physically. Two years ago, we met a young unwed mother who had just given birth to a little girl. The baby's intestines were protruding outside of her abdomen. The birth had taken place in a little clinic a long way from the hospital. The baby and mom were immediately sent to the large hospital for treatment. But there was not any money for the extensive treatments this baby would need. Our team stepped in to support this young mom and provide what was needed for this baby. The Lord was with us every step of the way, protecting, healing, and strengthening this baby. We are thankful for Christ our healer and that this part of our DNA led us to this baby in need of healing.
