Digging wells in Burkina Faso has been a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance ministry since the arrival of missionaries almost one hundred years ago. But in recent years it has taken on a new urgency, with wells being dug beside new church plants, or wells being dug in villages with no access to clean water. Now we realize how timely that effort was and we praise the Lord for people who gave so that these wells could be built. As Corona Virus comes into Burkina Faso, access to water is critical for stemming the spread of the disease. If the Lord is placing a need on your heart or urging you to do something, act quickly while there is time. Jesus says, "We must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the One who sent us. The night is coming, and then no one can work." Praise the Lord with us for the hundreds of wells that the Christian and Missionary Alliance has sponsored in Burkina Faso.
