This young boy was out herding cows and spotted a mango up in a tree. Climbing up and reaching out for that mango, he fell, crushing his right leg. Hours later he was taken to the city hospital and the leg was amputated. Our hospital team prayed for this boy and helped with his medical costs, but then we didn't see him again. Imagine my surprise when he came up to me after church this morning. A distant relative offered to help this young man and this relative attends our church! Pray that this tradgedy can be turned to triumph for this boy as we work to get a prosthesis and put him in a Christian school next year.
