Please pray for Melinda Lane, managing editor of Alliance Life and the Communications Editorial and Writing Team, who was recently diagnosed with liver cancer.
Earlier this year, Melinda underwent surgery for the removal of a cancerous tumor between her duodenum and pancreas. God carried her through this extensive surgery and recovery in a way that astonished her medical team. She underwent precautionary chemotherapy and, in November, was declared cancer free.
A few weeks later, follow-up testing revealed the presence of further cancer, which was confirmed in a CT scan last week.
