Just wanted to let everyone know that an update to Internet Explorer 11 caused users who were formerly able to copy and paste from an external program (such as Microsoft Word) to no longer do so.

We will be implementing a patch to the forums/blogs correcting that issue in the near future. Thanks for letting us know and we look forward to continuing to support the community.

In the interest of keeping the community up-to-date...

The issue related to cut-and-paste has been narrowed down to the use of internet explorer as a browser platform. More simply put, if you were using internet explorer to access this community you were not able to cut and paste from Microsft Word® or other word processing software due to security protocols enacted by the programmers of internet explorer.

We have implemented a suggestion from ipboard (the provider of our forum software) and hope that this adjustment will work. Please let us know if there are any other issues.
