My husband, Alex, just called and said our car died (a little over a year ago, we were told the transmission was wearing out and wouldn't last much longer). He was driving somewhere and the transmission stopped engaging; he barely made it home. Praise God he made it home! Please pray that God will immediately provide an affordable, reliable car to replace this one. I’m not sure what we could pay for one right now. Last weekend, we had a lead on a car selling for $1,200. It’s older than our current vehicle and the odometer needs to be replaced, but otherwise it is supposedly in good shape (I'm not sure if it's still available). Pray for wisdom and provision, as well as God’s peace. Pray that He will quickly lead us to the perfect car for our needs and budget. Also, pray that we will not be discouraged.
