Continue to pray for my mother-in-law

Please pray for speedy healing and immediate relief from pain. I offered to give her a narcotic that was prescribed for her, but she refused it and will only take Aleve.
Also, pray for clarity of thought for my husband and me during this time. There is so much to be responsible for and it is easy to become forgetful amid all the stress (there have been times when I didn't remember the correct day of the week; I heard recently that caregivers often suffer PTSD-type symptoms).
Thanks for praying!

Oh, Julie, you're all in a hard place. I'm so sorry. Father, show yourself to my brother and sisters. Please give them strength, wisdom, clarity while they care for this dear parent. Please heal mom and give her your peace. Amen.

Thank you for your prayers and compassion, RuthAnn. Things are a little better tonight. The nurse came at around 3 p.m., and the new med worked really well. It was very evident that mom was feeling much better. She was even able to get out of bed and heat her own dinner in the microwave. Also, she was willing to take all her pills because I crushed them in pudding for her. But my husband is struggling with exhaustion (things kept going wrong for him today, and it drained him - he is battling health issues as well, which complicates all this). We would appreciate prayer for protection against the enemy's attacks. Thank you so much for standing with us in prayer! The Body of Christ has been a tremendous support through all of this.
