We were able to visit with Pastor Bonzi early yesterday morning.  He is in good spirits and is receiving antibiotics.  No news on when he will have surgery for the broken femur.  Please pray for him, his wife, and the small church where he was to begin ministry.  This is also planting time and with both he and his wife away for many more weeks still, it is not likely that they will be able to put a crop in this year.

I can't help but wonder why your pastor didn't have surgery immediately after the accident. I petition our Lord for His mercy regarding this situation and that someone else will step forward to plant his crops. In Jesus Holy Name, Amen.

adding my prayers

Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.

We are pressured in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair;

we are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed.

~2 Corinthians 4:7-9~
