My dad is in serious condition

He’s in the hospital and is filling up with fluid. His memory is failing badly. A couple times he thought my stepmom (Betty) was his mother. Has terrible pounding in his ears. He wasn’t eating and all he wanted to do was sleep. Seems a little better since he’s been in the hospital (at least he said he thinks he’s better). Doctors are doing tests and don’t really know what’s wrong (could be congestive heart failure, cardiac arrest, or stroke). Betty hopes they can get him into rehab near their house (the hospital is very far away). At first he didn’t want to go the hospital but he also said he doesn’t want to die. So Betty said if that’s the case he needs to go to the hospital so he agreed.

Please pray for a miracle.

Thank you all for praying, dear friends! I have felt the Lord's presence. My dad is in God's hands, and that's comforting.

Praying that the Lord will be your strength in time of need.  Praying for all the decisions that need to be made and for the Lord's perfect timing is all of this.

Adding my prayers, I hope he's doing much better now.

I'm sorry I didn't see your request til today.  Praying for your dad and that he's comfortable and, of course, under the Lord's care.
