Sixteen young men with two just thirteen years of age are in our local prison.  The Lord has given us an open door to share the gospel with them each Monday morning from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.  We need your prayers.  Most have murdered a relative which means that no one in their family will want to redeem them.  But we know of One who has payed the price for their sins.  Pray that the Good News of Christ will bring salvation.

This is the amazing part of God’s love. God can forgive and redeem even the worst upon us when others won’t. All that one must do is truly believe and desire God and his way. If these young men truly believe and desire God and his way, they can be redeem and live a life of meaning and fulfillment despite the lack of their families acceptance.

In my church, we have many amazing people who I am honored and blessed to know. People that I would invited into my home without hesitation or thought. Some of these people have committed murder and other painful sins in a past life before becoming a believer and follower. I would not accept them in thier old life, but in their new life as they have given it to God, yes, I accept them. Many believers and followers have a horrible history of sin, myself included. But in God’s love, we are forgiven and redeemed and upon that, given a life blessed.
