Please join me in praying for America. Indeed, it is in trouble. When one can get a ticket for walking on the sidewalk near Independence Hall, or for taking pictures of Mt. Rushmore, we've lost our way.

The politicians and the main-stream news media have become quite clever in creating hype and propaganda.
The same sort of propaganda that the Soviet Union became popular for.

For God so loved the world....
Lori,
Just enjoyed the video you shared and praying for us to let peace reign in our hearts... I can get into 'opinionizing' so it's a blessing for me to think on "For God so loved the world".
Being washed by the water of the Word... think me needs 2 do some soaking in Rev 1:1; Gen 1:1 and John 1.
Grace and peace,
Ginger

Praise the Lord! I think that He is starting to show people that we are under His power

looking at my previous reply I failed to make this statement. YES, we are starting to see persecution in our country. We must continue to pray for our leaders, and let God do the ruling.

As anyone fought for this country? Put their safe and comfortable life in the states aside ( even in ruins ) to leave and risk their life day by day, minute by minute to fight for this country? If you have, you have earn the right by your own sacrifice to complain about the issues in this country. If you haven’t, you got nerve to complain about issues in this country when you have not gave your life or at least risked it for this country. I have a huge, huge issue with people who complain about this and that in this country but never have really done much if anything to fight for this country or way of life. Why you have fought for this country, you have earn the right to stand up and say something, otherwise, it’s all just a bunch of complaining.

I'm a Viet Nam Veteran but feel compelled to ask . . .
How about hard working, tax-paying citizens, whose tax dollars go to supply the troops. Don't they have a right to complain?
Either way, this world is not our home. We're merely sojourners who are just passing through.

Kenny,
Welcome to the club of viets and Thank You for your service. USMC and Semper Fi until the day I die.
People who have not serve have the right to complain, but if that is all they are going to do, what’s the point? Their words become repetitive and meaningless. We did not make this country or keep this country by complaining. We did our duty. Paying taxes isn’t a choice. It’s a legal requirement people do out of fear of something bad happening to them. Would they pay taxes voluntarily to support our troops who are going way beyond just complaining for this country? Most wouldn’t yet still complain never the less and do nothing more. This is where I have my issues with people complaining. When given the opportunity to do more for their country than complain, they don’t. So to me, if all someone is going to do is complain, they are ignorant fools I need not to hear from.
And those tax dollars do not go to our military as people think they do. There is a lot of supply shortages in the military. Tax dollars are filter through the government and in the end, nowhere near the money goes to out troops as people think is does, That is yet another joke for a later, if ever, conversation.
You are right. This Earth is not our home, but like living and surviving is a fox hole, it’s home for right now and we defend and protect it until we are able to move beyond it. And we don’t just do that by complaining.

And those tax dollars do not go to our military as people think they do.
Let me try it this way
Based upon your statement above . . .
If what you stated is true, then don't the hard working tax-payers have a right to complain?

Kenny,
I am sorry. I am not trying to beat this issue to death or say your views are wrong. To me, no, tax payers who have not step up beyond just complaining do not have the right to complain. Just because you pay taxes doesn’t mean you have the right to complain about the things that are wrong and yet do nothing other than that about it. We fought for our country. We put our lives on the line in what many complaining do nothing people will never understand and for what? Because we did more than just pay taxes and complain. We stood up and did something more. Anyone can complain just as any child can complain, but it takes a true person and strong person to stand up and do more than complain about the problems. Paying taxes isn’t a justification for people to complain and do nothing more. If someone doesn’t like an issues, get up and find a way to try and fix it beyond just complain like a child does. I did not fight and put my life on the line for others to feel they have a right to complain.
Either way, you have your right to your view point on this. You served and that I won’t disrespect. I just assume to close this matter with equal respects.
