I sat at the light (it was red) as two vehicles approached,I started to go but something told me wait the white car is going to do something stay here,this is not a voice with my ears I hear so i know I am not losing my mind in that respect.I know this white car is going to do something dangerous so I watch as it unfolds I feel BE READY, so i watch close as he does a quick uturn without looking and he hits the van coming up behind him. I am safe so i wonder what do I do but as the ?forms the answer comes .Look at and tell the van driver the plate # as white car is not going to stop,and then that is just what happens so I get the plate and drive forward the man is outside looking at damage,I ask him if he is alright,I give him the plate # ,he thanks me as I drive on...things like this have happened many times.I never question what is going on or pause to wonder how this can be that I am told things,I just do as I am told and any good that comes from me is not even me as there is NO wayI can do this by will or wanting to.I never know when I will be led like this but God's ways are not my ways and I just pray to always be willing to hear and do as Jesus leads...just another example of not me but Jesus always.i hesitate to tell people as the couple times I did people said I had good intuition and stuff like that and when I try and tell them or get them to understand they just look at me like I'm a nice but crazy person, why is it so hard to believe that kinda thing? Maybe I wouldn't have believed it either if it hadn't happened so many times before,it is not for me to question but i am curious of any other similiar events in others lives...peace and love in Christ,from whom all blessings flow.....

Hi Elizabeth, You're not crazy. It is the LORD's Spirit in you using you as a vessel to help others. If you have a helping gift of the Spirit, maybe this is how He uses that gift in you since you're shared other stories of endangerment. I've had similar experiences. But, none lately.

Thank you for sharing since this is evidence of His Spirit at work, and this is an encouragement to me personally.

God bless you for taking time to allow the LORD to use you and to be tuned in, so to speak.

Love, Candice

Hi Elizabeth,
Praise God for prompting you to wait and to get the license plate number! No coincidence, no intuition, or "the universe," or whatever other rationale people like to use so they don't have to acknowledge the Living God. I've actually had this happen to me recently. I was at a stop light. When it turned green, I looked both ways and saw a car to my left that was several yards behind the line for his red light. I could have gone but "heard" in my spirit "Wait!" The car to my left blew right through his red light at an accelerated rate. Had I proceeded, he would've hit my door. That's just one example; I've had many in which I trusted the Lord's leading. I may not have seen the results at the time, but He knows why, and I believe He redirects to protect and accomplish His perfect will in our lives. :D

I, too, have had similiar experiences. In one case at an intersection while stopped for a red light, I heard a voice, seemingly inside my head, say "Don't go" when the light turned green. I waited and a car ran the red light. I was about to go again when the same voice said, "Don't go." I waited another half second and another car ran the light. They may have been drag racing. Both of them would have hit me broadside, and I probably would have been killed. I am convinced that voice was the Holy Spirit speaking to me. Other believers I know have shared such experiences. Praise God!

I don't have a name for it. But I immediately feel that it is you staying in tune to God's Spirit. That should be a common occurence among us Christian's but sadly, as in my case, it is not. I would have had my mind on the school girl/boy in front of me, my ears growing red from anger as they dilly dally around and act like they are the only ones on the road. I would have been focusing on how that was slowing me down (although I was really in no hurry) and therefore, since I was carnally minded at the time, I would have missed completely what YOU heard clearly...or at least, clear enough to obey. So....thank you GOD that there are mature Christians in the USA!!!! To help guide us carnal Christians along the way!!!! Bravo for what you did!!!! And I pray that justice is meted out to the hit and run perps and for the sake of the victims, I pray that retribution is swiftly made. In other words......GOOD JOB!!!!!!!! (but I still don't have a name for it....lol)

Psalm 91

1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.

9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
