I have no idea where to post this topic (or if there is even a right place). I considered Practical Ministry as a possibility but as you see I settled on this one. General Council is just two months away and if you haven't found out yet, it is expensive! I pose this question to the frugally minded or perhaps someone from Tampa. Do you have any recommendations to cut costs while attending? I.E. cheap hotels, decent areas to stay, cheap places to park if you have a vehicle, these sort of things so we can reduce costs and reduce the burden on the church. Thank you for any and all input.
