Just wanted to let you know we have recently published The Alliance World Week of Prayer page on the main website. For one week in May, we are setting aside specific time to intercede and spend time with our heavenly father.

AMEN ... We have been using all of Dick Eastman's materials and have handed out about 100 world prayer maps (I love the 6th of each month)

I created a powerpt that allows people to pray for 1 hr. It has timed transitions and a chime imbedded that allows me not to get "shocked" into moving into the next phase. It is not intended to be artificial. No one should stare at the screen. I routinely hit the up arrow during intercession because there is no way to get through all the requests ... maps and International prayer request sheet... in 5 min.

My congregation has been taken through all 14 guided sessions that are available on the website... well worth it. The attached file borrows slides from all 12 steps and includes a couple Alliance slides.

When you and I stand together in the presence of God- knowing and seeing who He is and all that He has done in His sovereign power to move us from birth to "that Day"- we will pour out our thanks and praise to Him, joyfully doing our best to shake the rafters of heaven.

I encourage each congregation or collective of local congregations to organize around-the-clock walls of prayer during this week. Every soul that is written in the Lamb's Book of Life is there because someone loved them with Jesus' heart and cried out for their salvation by name. Let's pray our neighbors, classmates, business workers, orphans, widows, prisoners, and shut-ins into the kingdom, that ours will be cities of refuge, cities of light shining on a hill. Amen? Let the cry of righteousness be louder than the cry of sin in the land! All the glory to God!
