Just curious,as I have been praying and reading God's word on this the Lord's supper. What is the stance open to all who believe or open for members of a particular church body while visitors are to only observe?

If you're referring to the C&MA's stance on the Lord's Supper, yes it's open to believers of whatever denomination, not restricted to C&MA members.
