There are schools in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala that have a continuing (annual) need for teachers, especially ESL teachers. Most of the Guatemalan schools do not require a degree and are open to anyone over eighteen years old. They all pay teachers at or above the standard for Guatemalan teachers (about $250-500 a month).
