New Request from Japan (Harry and Jane Landaw)

Please pray for us in the following ministry for tomorrow. Harry is going also as we minister to many evacuees. Pray that God would miraculously open all doors and lead in this ministry. We are not yet able to go up to the areas of the earthquake and tsunami and nuclear reactor problems, but God has brought 1,200 evacuees to the huge stadium just about 40 minutes away. They will be there for only a short time (about 2 weeks). We want to redeem the time and reach out in love and care. Our dear friend, Edie Town sent the following prayer update out. We want to send it to you, too. Thank you for partnering with us as we go tomorrow.

Tomorrow (Friday in Japan, Thur. in U.S.) Jane Landaw ( long time missionary in Japan with the Christian & Missionary Alliance) & I are taking cookies to the Saitama Super Arena - where the World Cup was played several years ago. There are ~1200 people living temporarily there at this time, evacuated from the quake region. We are including John 3:16 & 17 with each individually-wrapped cookie.

Please pray that God's Word will be sown and reap a full harvest in the hearts of these dear people, who are taking all of this SO graciously, caring for one another, polite as always, but nonetheless completey LOST WITHOUT JESUS.
