Please pray for us in the Southwest District. Our area is large geographically, but our numbers are relatively small. A prayer breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, February 26, 2011 for the C&MA churces in the Greater Houston area, sponsored by the women's ministries. We need to seek the Lord's face in prayer and receive His guidance and wisdom.

Father, I agree with Carol and ask for your guidance and wisdom as the AWM branch plans this prayer breakfast. I ask in Jesus' name that the plan come together and than many would be inspired to walk more closely with you. I pray that though the numbers are small as in the case of Gideon's army, the impact and reach of these faithful women would rock the Greater Houston area. May your fame spread and your glory be known in Jesus' name, Amen.
