Praise the Lord! The day before Christmas our requestfor building permits for Vision Por Chile was accepted by the municipalityunder the name of our new non-profit Chilean foundation. The process took over a year anda half, because of miss handling by one of the Chilean architects and the typical red tape. This is such a big gift because the building is already built,(as often happens). The newarchitect working on the permits is not a believer, but he is a gift from Godfor us…. he is good friends with the head of the department of public works. Praise the Lord ! Merry Christmas.
