My family and friends call me by my nickname, Pat . I am a widow living alone, but among good family and a lovely Alliance church of which I have been a long time member. I am young at heart and want to serve my Lord as long as he lends me breath. My interests are varied and ongoing.

I too have been in meetings and we always pray before we start but I find myself thinking we should not have gotten off our knees until we have the directive from God concerning how we should proceed!

My greatgrandfather William Wallace Simpson, while in missionary school, told A.B.Simpson in 1892 that he wanted to teach the Gospel in Tibet, AB upon hearing this showed him his diary that said he prayed for a missionary to bring Christianity to Tibet. After one year language training in WuHu China and another year Tibetan language study in Peking he and William Christie left for Tibet.
