We are on home assignment in North Carolina until Jan. 2011. When we return, we only have two years until we retire. Our biggest concern is that we finish well, and that someone would replace us in Mali. Thanks for your prayers.

I met a woman today who goes on medical missions work to Haiti every year. She told me of this event in her life: A cross capable of lighting up was erected in one area . People saw it every day without lights. The day it was lit, a young girl saw it as she was walking. Beaming with joy, she said, "Look, Jesus is coming!" Oh that we would be that joyful and ready for His return.
