Hi Joel,
If you are referencing the Tozer quote I see it as a reference to the surrendered life. Christians desire to live a completely surrendered life but are not willing to open themselves up completely to the work of the Holy Spirit to live out that desire. There is the draw to the self life that we find hard to let go of.

Please pray with me that the May issue of CHINA CLIPPINGS will move people to prayer for China and friends living there. Special prayer is asked for ARK Vocational School with a priority of helping Chinese pastor's children. Many lives are being changed. Pray that all opposition will be removed.
