Our beliefs, core values, and mission come right from the example of Christ who "became flesh and made His home among us”. The Apostle Paul sums it up in 1 Thessalonians 2:8, "Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well." We are thankful to be sent to live out and share our lives with the people of Burkina Faso. We have and continue to present Christ through what we say, what we do, and how we live. We are encouraged to learn languages and study cultures so that we can effectively tell the Good News of Jesus Christ. It is a deep level of commitment when you are willing to share your life and live among a people group very different than your own and it is that commitment that has been a distinction of Alliance missionaries.
