Deliverance of our daughter from witchcraft and a spell.

Dear brothers and sisters.

 
We are really in need of prayer support and intercession for our daughter, and our family.
We are living in The Netherlands.
 
This is the case,
Our sweet daughter of 18 years old , had this relationship with a boy for over a year.(Both unbelievers at that time).
After she broke up with him for a lot of reasons she went to church and she got saved.
She experienced a complete change and has become a new person,
had new christian friends and became active in church and so on.
Everything went well and we were very happy this went on for a year or so.
 
Until 2 months ago or so , she started to have dreams about this boy and contacted him again, we took notice and we have seen that see is not herself anymore, it appeared to us like she had been not able to act rational and we suspected people have done something in the form of witchcraft, and indeed we found out that this boy has brought her under a spell.
He openly admitted, and challenged us.
(We have seen similar cases in our time on the mission field, when we were younger).
This form of witchcraft called "Winti" is common under the people from this country where this boy is from.(Suriname) The just visit a Witch doctor for his kind of things.
She cannot any longer proclaim Jesus as her Lord, and if we ask her to do so she start to act strange and cannot look into our eyes any longer.
This is very upsetting , because we have seen that she has been born again , and it is like we are talking to a complete stranger, like she has having no real sense or sobriety anymore.
This also is very disturbing and hurting to us as parents to see.
 
After some prayer and batlle, the Lord has comforted us and we feel His peace, but we must have a breakthrough and the battle is still raging on.
We do not have a strong network of christians around us who understand what is going on,and are able to join us in this.
We need serious people who can stand with us have the gift of intercession and are being able to battle in the spiritual realm and support us in prayer.

I don't have any great gifts in this area but I do want to encourage you. About 35 yrs ago when I was in my 20's I believe a man "bewitched me" so to speak. He even told me he could do it before hand. During that time I was not saved but had faith in God so the circumstances are a little different, but she is the Lord's and He will prevail.  

After a couple months of being obsessed with him, the feelings left just as quickly as they started. So take heart, He who is in your daughter is greater than he who is in the world. I'll be praying for Naomi.

Hi Joroen,
I'm so glad that you posted this prayer request as I believe there are people here who are strong intercessors and some understand spiritual warfare.
 
I pray right now against any demons that have influence over your daughter and her friend.  I ask that the LORD rebuke these demons in Jesus's name and that your daughter has an immediate turnaround to Christ, her family and the church.
 
I don't know all the details, so I won't comment, but I know the pain of having a child who is either not a believer or you, as a parent, are uncertain of their state.  I will pray for Naomi.  I'm sorry this is happening to you.  The pain must be nearly unbearable. The LORD gave me this verse this week as I deal with a 17 year-old son who rejects. Our situation not seeming to be as nefarious as yours..... Nevertheless, unbelief is all the same no matter the details.
 
Read:  Ephesians 3...
 14 For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15 from whom every family[a] in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

As we see it, the situation has become much better now.
Right now she has left our home (in peace and harmony with us)and started to stay in the house of a female friend with the same age, this is also someone we know.

We think It was the right time for this, because she wanted to be responsible for her own life, and here came the conflict with us.
As we see it , she is doing better, and she admits that she wants to serve The Lord, and knows that she have to repent from doing her own things, but that is a thing that God has to deal with Himself.
The way we see it , not having her under our roof makes it easier for The Lord to get hold of her life.
As parents we can be a hindrance too ..

We feel at peace with this, she is in a good place, we have been there and know with who she stays, she keeps in touch with us daily , so this looks like a new chapter in her and our lives.

Sometimes we have to let things go and just pray and leave it up to God.

The Lord has truly risen!!!

Thank you all for your prayer.

She is home again, and acknowledged that she has been dragged away by demons, and has repented from her sins, although she still loves the boy, she sees him not that often anymore and it looks like that she again becomes the sweet lovely and intelligent girl she always was.
She now has a nice and humble attitude and experiences the love of God again she now clearly knows the difference between doing your own thing and obeying The Lord, and the consequences of being rebellious and disobedient.
She is attending church again and has completely changed, is happy to be home again and is aware of the fact that at home with mum and dad is the best option instead of couch surfing and having no real place for yourself.

She has agreed that we will baptize her very soon ,and does not want to play around to do her own things anymore.

She is lovely and pleasant to have around and knows that when she starts to live in sin again that she is going to experience a lot of problems because under our roof this kind of demons that seduce her cannot live in peace at our house.
But she is back, is happy again, she knows she was wrong and wants to follow The Lord.

The spell and bondage have been broken, but she must become strong enough to persevere in the right path.
Please keep her and us in prayer.

It is so wonderful to hear that your daughter has been healed by the grace of our Lord JESUS. And I do believe that she will be more alright very soon. So it is the responsibility of parents to fast and pray for their Children's safe and soundness. So keep on pray and fast for your daughter to recover completely from the satanic love which is attracting her to go behind the boy. May Lord help and bless your family.
