Info on Frank M. Bailey

Does anyone know any information about Frank M. Bailey, who wrote "Divine Healing, The Children's Bread"? I am doing a CD series on healing, and I wanted to use a similar title; but I don't like stealing someone else's thunder without making an attempt to contact them and ask if they mind. (Well, actually I'm not stealing it; I thought of the title and then googled it to see what was out there.) I have no idea if brother Bailey is a current author, or someone who is deceased, or what.
