We thank the Lord for the great response to evangelism being done in the village of Koro and surrounding areas. Many responded to the message and this past Sunday 18 new believers were baptized. Pray for the follow-up and discipleship and for the Ouattaras who are the pastoral couple overseeing this work.

Wonderful news! Is this area much like Kenedougou and/or Comoe in faith and practice?

The area of Koro is in some ways similar to Kenedougou and the Comoe, more animistic. One difference for Koro is that it is an area that is growing in population. We have several preaching points. One of our pastors last year went on his bicycle throughout much of this area sowing seed that we pray will one day be harvested. The harvest is certainly plentiful but the workers are few. You have seen it firsthand and we appreciate your continued prayers for this work.

Lord, please send workers into the harvest field! Thank You Lord for hearing us.

In The Pursuit of God, A. W. Tozer writes, "Jesus taught that He wrought His works by always keeping His inward eyes upon His Father. His power lay in His continuous look at God (John 5:19-21)."
