For what it's worth!!!

I was having enemy issues from all direction this morning, rather overkill on the enemies part, even the devotionals did not meet my need. I prayed for something from the Lord, out of the norm. He came through in abundance!!! God is faithful! His Word is Truth! The Truth will win and be revealed in the end for all to see! Every knee will someday bow!

The Spirit said to get busy with my business. I was to play ministering music in the background while I worked. The music that first played on the playlist, that I was directed to, did not minister, it seemed old-fashioned. It is not normal for me to feel that way, I love the old songs! I had to force my mind to the ministry of the words.

After about an hour of obedience, to God's direction, a friend, that does not normally text me, sent me a verse and a word of encouragement in regard to the Truth that, "By Divine Influence through faithfulness we are delivered!" along with Proverbs 16:6.

In the Amplified it says, "Pro 16:6 By mercy and love, truth and fidelity [to God and man--not by sacrificial offerings], iniquity is purged out of the heart, and by the reverent, worshipful fear of the Lord men depart from and avoid evil."

Net Bible says, "Pro 16:6 Through loyal love and truth iniquity is appeased; through fearing the LORD one avoids evil."

Here is the context from Net Bible;

Pro 16:1 The intentions of the heart belong to a man, but the answer of the tongue comes from the LORD.
Pro 16:2 All a person's ways seem right in his own opinion, but the LORD evaluates the motives.
Pro 16:3 Commit your works to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
Pro 16:4 The LORD works everything for its own ends — even the wicked for the day of disaster.
Pro 16:5 The LORD abhors every arrogant person; rest assured that they will not go unpunished.
Pro 16:6 Through loyal love and truth iniquity is appeased; through fearing the LORD one avoids evil.
Pro 16:7 When a person's ways are pleasing to the LORD, he even reconciles his enemies to himself.
Pro 16:8 Better to have a little with righteousness than to have abundant income without justice.
Pro 16:9 A person plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps.

And from the Amplified;

Pro 16:1 THE PLANS of the mind and orderly thinking belong to man, but from the Lord comes the [wise] answer of the tongue.
Pro 16:2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirits (the thoughts and intents of the heart). [1Sa. 16:7; Heb. 4:12]
Pro 16:3 Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed.
Pro 16:4 The Lord has made everything [to accommodate itself and contribute] to its own end and His own purpose--even the wicked [are fitted for their role] for the day of calamity and evil.
Pro 16:5 Everyone proud and arrogant in heart is disgusting, hateful, and exceedingly offensive to the Lord; be assured [I pledge it] they will not go unpunished. [Pro. 8:13; Pro. 11:20-21]
Pro 16:6 By mercy and love, truth and fidelity [to God and man--not by sacrificial offerings], iniquity is purged out of the heart, and by the reverent, worshipful fear of the Lord men depart from and avoid evil.
Pro 16:7 When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Pro 16:8 Better is a little with righteousness (uprightness in every area and relation and right standing with God) than great revenues with injustice. [Psa. 37:16; Pro. 15:16]
Pro 16:9 A man's mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure. [Psa. 37:23; Pro. 20:24; Jer. 10:23]

The Word of God is a lamp (properly meaning to glisten; a lamp (that is, the burner) or light) unto my feet, and a light (illumination or (concretely) luminary (in every sense, including lightning, happiness, etc.)) unto my path.

The whole of Proverbs 16 is an encouragement in righteousness, obedience, integrity and faithfulness!!

...And then I was lead to Psalm 119:92-112 Net Bible; because of the thought above about what the Word of God is to me, a light and illumination to my path, where I am walking: Wow; here it is in context. My path was definitely given light.

Psa 119:92 If I had not found encouragement in your law, I would have died in my sorrow.
Psa 119:93 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have revived me.
Psa 119:94 I belong to you. Deliver me! For I seek your precepts.
Psa 119:95 The wicked prepare to kill me, yet I concentrate on your rules.
Psa 119:96 I realize that everything has its limits, but your commands are beyond full comprehension.
Psa 119:97 ? (Mem) O how I love your law! All day long I meditate on it.
Psa 119:98 Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for I am always aware of them.
Psa 119:99 I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your rules.
Psa 119:100 I am more discerning than those older than I, for I observe your precepts.
Psa 119:101 I stay away from the evil path, so that I might keep your instructions.
Psa 119:102 I do not turn aside from your regulations, for you teach me.
Psa 119:103 Your words are sweeter in my mouth than honey!
Psa 119:104 Your precepts give me discernment. Therefore I hate all deceitful actions.
Psa 119:105 ? (Nun) Your word is a lamp to walk by, and a light to illumine my path.
Psa 119:106 I have vowed and solemnly sworn to keep your just regulations.
Psa 119:107 I am suffering terribly. O LORD, revive me with your word!
Psa 119:108 O LORD, please accept the freewill offerings of my praise! Teach me your regulations!
Psa 119:109 My life is in continual danger, but I do not forget your law.
Psa 119:110 The wicked lay a trap for me, but I do not wander from your precepts.
Psa 119:111 I claim your rules as my permanent possession, for they give me joy.
Psa 119:112 I am determined to obey your statutes at all times, to the very end.
